We do not accept returns. Once you have bought an item in our online shop it can no longer be returned. (Exceptions might be possible – please contact us if need be)
Exempts are our activities. A refund is possible if the deadline for the enrollment is not reached. Please contact us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted for further processing of your refund.
Transactions Costs
Please be advised that if a refund is authorized, the transaction costs must be covered by the buyer. The full amount minus the transaction costs will be refunded.
